I use various methods to assist organizations in meeting their goals and desired outcomes including the following:
Initially I meet with leadership to discuss problem perceptions.
I then design a preliminary approach for evaluating improvement
intervention.
Based on evaluations and findings for improvement an intervention
strategy is developed, which can include team building, conflict resolution,
coaching, and facilitation of work process improvement, meetings and
conversations.
